CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Order Cancellation

​

• Stocked Items: Orders not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund by simply sending an email to contact[@]swetadri.com. However, once the order is shipped, a 'Returns request' will have to be submitted.

• Non-Stocked Items: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns

​

A return request may be submitted within 3 days of the receipt of Goods by the customer specifying the reason for the same by sending an email to contact[@]swetadri.com. However, prior to returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must obtain a Returns Authorization. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk & expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return.

Once it is established that the returned goods are worthy of re-sale, a refund shall be made in the same mode as it was paid. This may take 5-10 days after the receipt of goods. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
